RETURNS & REPLACEMENT
All products purchased on the La Fleur website contain a 14-day customer satisfaction guarantee. This window begins on the day of delivery. If you are unhappy with a product you may return the unused portion. Depending on the circumstances we will be glad to offer either store credit or a refund. Please be aware that we are not responsible for refunding shipping costs or other costs related to returning your product. Customers are liable for checking for product damage at the time of delivery. Product damage during shipping must be reported within 2 days. If this has occurred – please contact us with a full description of the damage to the product(s).
